Group litigation cases of housing quality disputes
The project is a high-end residential + apartment type, but after delivery, there are widespread quality problems such as house water leakage, moldy floor, formaldehyde exceeding the standard, and even "rat disease" events in the later stage. More than 200 owners jointly raised "rights protection fund" and sued developers for maintenance, extension of warranty period and large compensation claims.
